"We make games for the moments when you need to feel held by something gentle."
Creative Identity
Each of our games sits somewhere on an emotional spectrum: Vestige confronts
grief; Teru explores healing and restoration; Bullet Well is struggle
and mastery; My Own Piece of Somewhere is belonging and peace. Different tones —
same DNA.
Across every project you'll find: environmental storytelling, emotional gameplay
experiences, atmosphere over spectacle, reflective player experiences, and systems
that reinforce theme. We believe in games that don't demand — they invite.
What We Believe
We believe in games that don't demand. Games that invite. Spaces that
feel more like a hand on your shoulder than a challenge to overcome.
This doesn't mean our games lack depth or meaning — quite the opposite.
We believe gentleness requires courage. Softness is a kind of strength.
How We Create
Low UI
Interfaces should whisper, not shout. We strip away everything that doesn't serve the feeling.
Low Friction
The path between wanting to play and actually playing should be as smooth as breathing.
High Atmosphere
Every pixel, every sound, every pause contributes to a world you want to inhabit.
The Name
An atlas is a book of maps — a guide to worlds. We chose "Quiet" because
our maps lead to places of stillness. Places where the noise settles.
Places where you can hear yourself think, or better yet, stop thinking
altogether.
Quiet Atlas is a cartography of calm.
Who We Are
Quiet Atlas is an indie studio based in Ontario, Canada. We're small by
design — big enough to make things that matter, small enough to make
them with care.
Every game we release carries our belief that play can be a form of
self-care. That joy and tenderness aren't opposites. That wonder is
ageless.
Thank you for being here.
We hope our games find you when you need them.
